USA CD: Cleveland International - unknown cat.no
"God Bless America" was released a month after September 11, and in their press release, Cleveland International said that "God Bless America" came about because 'trying times call for uplifting music - hence the new release "God Bless America". This twelve-track CD looks at what it means to be an American from different points of view and in varied musical genres'. Two of the tracks were taken from the children's record, "Children of the World," released by Cleveland International/Sony Records in 1980. Both feature the world-renowned Cleveland-based children's chorus, The Singing Angels, and former Johnny Carson "Tonight Show" band leader Doc Severinsen. The lead vocals on "The Time Is Now" are provided by actress/singer Ellen Foley and Wet Willie founder/singer/harmonica player Jimmy Hall. The American medley - "America the Beautiful/God Bless America" - features country rock fiddler/vocalist Charlie Daniels.

CLASH ON BROADWAY (2002)

"Clash On Broadway" is a CDR bootleg, featuring outtakes from the "Sandinista" sessions. One of the outtakes is "Blonde Rock 'N' Roll" with Ellen Foley on vocals.

I don't know where this bootleg was manufactured, nor do I know how widely available it is. I have not seen it myself - this could be one of those homemade efforts which sells for mega $$$ on eBay. If anyone has a copy, send it along and I will make it available to other Foley fans for free. Bootleg the bootlegers!
